Our client contact officers will attempt each contact twice, in two different time frames; once during business hours and the second, after business hours.
Yes, whenever possible, the same team member will complete the same client’s calls. This assists in the respective team member understanding the individual clients’ needs. This also reinforces the appearance to your clients that the Adminlink Plus team member is part of your internal team.
Yes, our clients will always maintain full control of all tasks. We will assist in drafting the script and give guidelines with what we know will gain results, and tailor it to your business style and needs, however, you will have final approval on everything.
Yes. Adminlink Plus does not work on a commission or per ‘hit’ payment; all calls are included in the cost. The majority of the calls we complete are client contacts, maintaining relationships with current and past clients and updating database information, therefore disconnected numbers should be kept to a minimum.
Adminlink Plus will compile your databases from several different sources, in order to do this, we must purchase the data. We also take the time to search for every phone number individually to ensure your database is as current and complete as possible.
Adminlink Plus can work with any cloud based CRM program or we can format your databases to suit. Generally, we work within Google Docs or excel spreadsheets, as these are the simplest programs to import and export to most CRM programs.
Each of our clients is allocated to a client coordinator; this Adminlink Plus team member will be your primary point of contact for all tasks. This allows our coordinators to understand each client’s individual requirements and gain a full understanding of their needs and expectations. The client coordinator is then able to direct and work with the rest of the Adminlink Plus team to exceed these expectations. This ensures you will only need to spend minimal time allocating tasks to us.
Adminlink Plus maintains stringent security measures for all of our clients. The security of the individual client is our highest priority. We are willing to sign any privacy statements or restrictions, as required by our clients. Our team members only have access to the data they require to complete their task. Upon completion of each task, access to the information is restricted. Adminlink Plus appreciates and respects the privacy and security of your information.
Adminlink Plus tailors packages around our individual clients’ requirements. We will meet with you and formulate a package that addresses both your budget and your expected outcome. A package is then priced accordingly. If at the end of the month you find that you have not used the entire package quota, the excess will be carried over to the following month.
At no time will you be paying for services that you do not need and you only pay for the tasks you require. Should you have an overflow, this will be added to the available services in the following month or deducted from the following month’s invoice.
Packages can incorporate any services within Adminlink Plus and its subsidiaries; Call ‘n’ Connect, Marketing ‘n’ Media and Service ‘n’ Support.
Standard invoices are on a strict, 7-day term. Upon client approval of a quote, we issue a credit card form to be completed by the client; this is processed by Adminlink Plus for full payment on the due date. Should you wish to pay by direct deposit, you must complete this payment prior to the due date. Some of our tasks, such as databases, require a 50% deposit, prior to commencement of the task.
